What they said

The October 7 page says “1250 evacuated to hospitals via ambulance and helicopter.”

What the records show

The organization told the State Comptroller its ambulances took about 100 wounded to hospitals that day, and its helicopters 6.

Why it matters for donors

Big numbers are used to raise money. The organization’s own figures given to the government are much smaller.

The proof

Their statement: The organization’s October 7 page (captured July 2024 to Oct 2026) says “1250 evacuated to hospitals via ambulance and helicopter,” under a banner about calls “on October 7th.”

The record: The organization’s own submission to the State Comptroller (June 2026 report) says its ambulances took about 100 wounded from the border area to hospitals on Oct 7, and its helicopters carried 6. Its CEO told the Knesset (Nov 28, 2023) it evacuated “hundreds.”

Which is it? If 1,250 counts the whole war, the page does not say so. Which is it — 1,250, hundreds, or about 100 on the day?
