What they said

The Israel Rescue Coalition, owned by FOUH, reported $2,463,268 of equipment at the end of 2023.

What the records show

Its 2024 tax return wrote off the full $2,463,268. In February 2026 it re-filed two years of New York charity reports with the same figures but different officers signing.

Why it matters for donors

FOUH’s audited statements say the equipment was bought with restricted donations. The filings do not say what happened to it, or why the reports were re-signed.

The proof

Their statement: FOUH’s audited financial statements call the Israel Rescue Coalition (IRC, EIN 47-4056881) a “wholly owned subsidiary.” IRC’s 2023 tax return (990) reports $2,463,268 of equipment at the end of 2023.

The record: IRC’s 2024 tax return (990) removes the full $2,463,268 through “other changes in net assets.” FOUH’s audited statements describe the assets as drone technology and other equipment bought with restricted donations after October 7. On Feb 17, 2026, IRC filed new New York charity reports (CHAR500) for 2022 and 2023. The figures we compared are the same as in the earlier filings; the officers certifying them are different. The 2022 report was first certified by Eliezer Beer as President and Michael Brown as Treasurer; the 2026 re-filing is certified by Jerry Silverman as Treasurer. The 2023 report was first certified by Mark Schurgin as President; the 2026 re-filing is certified by Michael Brown and Jerry Silverman as Treasurer. IRC’s 990s list Silverman as Treasurer and Secretary.

Which is it? Why was $2.46M of equipment carried at full cost and then removed a year later? And why were two years of state reports re-certified by different officers in 2026, with the same figures? The filings do not explain either.
